  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
  • If a subscription is canceled, service will be terminated immediately, and no prorated refunds or credits will be issued for any remaining time in the billing period.
  • Any purchase of services, features, or upgrades ("Purchase") is subject to these Terms.
  • pluv.io reserves the right to refuse or cancel any Purchase if fraudulent, unauthorized, or illegal activity is suspected. In such cases, we may, at our sole discretion, issue or withhold a refund.

4. Intellectual Property
  • pluv.io and its associated trademarks, software, and content remain the property of the Company.
  • Users do not create content on pluv.io, and the Service does not host any user-generated content.

5. Service Availability & Support
  • We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
  • Scheduled maintenance and emergency downtimes may occur.

  • Upon termination of your account, all associated services, including those for any teams where you are designated as the owner, will be discontinued. This includes the immediate closure of all active connections to rooms across all projects and teams under your ownership.

  • The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.
  • We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service.
  • Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the Service in the past 12 months.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
  • These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California and the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
  • Prior to initiating arbitration, pluv.io requests that users first attempt to resolve any concerns by contacting customer support at [email protected]. If the dispute remains unresolved, the party seeking arbitration must submit a formal Notice of Dispute to [email protected]. If the dispute is not resolved within 60 calendar days of receiving the Notice of Dispute, either the customer or pluv.io may proceed with arbitration.
  • Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration conducted by a neutral arbitrator in accordance with the American Arbitration Association’s ("AAA") rules and procedures.
  • If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms shall remain in effect.
